Mail Potter ("the Service") is an AI email assistant application provided by the operator ("we", "us") that integrates Gmail accounts via the LINE platform to provide categorized morning reports, AI summaries, and reply suggestions.
🔑2. Account & Google Authorization
- Use of the Service requires authorization of your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0.
- The Gmail access scopes granted include:
gmail.readonly: Used to read email lists, subjects, and content to generate AI morning reports and summaries.gmail.modify: Used to perform email actions you actively trigger (e.g., mark as read, archive).
- You can revoke access at any time on the Google Account Permissions page.
- You are responsible for all activities under your Google and LINE accounts; please keep your credentials secure.
⚙️3. Scope & Usage Restrictions
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial email management. The following are prohibited:
- Automated bulk access, scraping, or copying of Service output.
- Using the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harassing activities.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service to others.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code.

The Service integrates the following third-party platforms, each with its own terms and privacy policies:

- You can stop using the Service via the "Disconnect" feature; data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate access immediately without notice if you violate these terms.
- Upon termination, personal data will be deleted according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified via LINE or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
⚖️9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
